Why is retail failing?? Let me tell you why !! Everyday for a week I have gone into this store to purchase a 50th birthday gift and finally Friday ! I was asked did I want some help? I asked if I could look at 2 watches ! The retail consultant was a bit condescending but I still ran with it! I purchase one of the watches ! But the time was not set the date not set and the warranty is not in the box ! And it was like shut up take my money nick off !! Incredibly disappointed !! And I was the only customer in the shop!! And the other days also !! Walked in around and out again!! ( could hear voices out of view of main shop discussing budgets and why not made !! ) well I can give you insight on why !! It takes 79% of marketing to get a customer 6 % for a repeat client and if they purchase for the third time you generally have their loyalty ! So disappointed !!

Went in to get link taken out of band for my wife would not do it because I did not buy it from there was so the watch I was going to buy for myself went elsewhere
