Looksmart Warringah Mall - I dropped off a patch to be sewn on a baseball hat - A simple job. I was charged $45, which is ridiculous. I picked up the hat and the patch was not positioned properly and was sewn into the headliner of the hat. As a result, the hat looks like it was run over by a truck and is unwearable. The hat and military patch are destroyed - total loss. I’m baffled by the lack of attention to detail, and lack of care that was taken. When I asked why I was charged so much, and pointed out that the job had been botched, they looked at me dumbfounded with no explanation nor accountability. I will never go there again and recommend the same to others. 100% disappointed.
