Staff on the phone are very kind and helpful, they called me back when they didn't have the exact answer I needed within 5 minutes for the answer. They also communicated very punctually and professionally via email.

Bought a Galaxy Tab A8 described to have 128GB storage, only to find out that it has only 64GB. At least they agreed to do a full refund at store but that's about an hour travel for me. Not good experience.

Just make a quote for selling a tea set which I have never used before. I found that they offer a very cheap price as it is very hard for them to sell the second hand. I made a decision immediately to give it to the op shop.

These guys are woeful. I tested out my dryer at home for an hour and it was working. They tested it in the store and stuffed it... I wouldn’t have driven to Parramatta for nothing!! Now it will cost me to tip it. If it is a franchise..these guys will go out of business eventually. I have dealt with the Burwood store.. go there. It is much better. Parramatta store is useless.
