One star only because the price was good. Took Samsung phone in to replace cracked screen, phone returned to me with damaged volume button. Took phone in again only to be told that it might be the motherboard that was damaged. Buttons worked perfectly prior to phone being taken in. Numerous attempts to contact head office to discuss have gone unacknowledged. If you want your phone repaired take it somewhere else!!!!

Had new screen protector put on IPhone 14.for $35.Given guarantee for 2 months on docket.Within month screen lifting on top corner.Took back guy with no customer skills looked at it and refused to replace.

Very bad service, won’t refund my money, still waiting 2 weeks later as I had to do all running around to get money back as they will not refund in storeDon’t pay a deposit you won’t get it backUpdate tomorrow as had to chase again today after 2 emails and 2 phone callsIt’s never their department etc etc

Do not go here, I went in to replace my front and back screen on my phone, when they replaced it it didn’t work, went back in and got my old screen put back on and was told to contact head office for a refund, asked for a refund and am still being refused it, I payed 600 and this is still ongoing since October. I need my money back.
