I had my hair done here on the 24th of December (I have tried messaging the salon privately but no response) and I'm very disappointed she was so busy with other customers that she left my foils on for nearly 2 hours my hair is so damaged now I've never left a salon feeling like this

I wasn't asked what hair colour I wanted... I was told that I couldn't have my hair styled because it is too fine but I have had it styled by other salons. They cut my fringes crooked and I was charged an extra$85 on top of my Groupon as well.. Absolutely not happy with this service.

My hair turned out amazing and the workers were so sweet. Overall great experience definitely will be coming again!

I bought a gift voucher for my friend's birthday in 2020 during the Covid time, was an internet promotion for $75 for a cut and blow dry, and just recently my friend who has a very short hair told me that it was the worst cut ever she had done in her entire 62 years. It was very embarrassing when I saw the photos that she still has in her mobile, the cut was very obvious uneven, and like a child cutting the hair for first time. I was speechless especially when she said to me she had to visit in the same day another hairdresser to fix the damaged. She never told me about this incident till by accidentally I open this conversation recently.

I came to this salon on the 1st of October and it was the worst decision i could have made. If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. They fried my hair over processing the foils for 2.5 hours to the point they were leaking. My hair is now falling out and snapping. Please don't go here if you want to keep your hair. This salon is fabulous. They really took the time to make sure my colour was perfect and show expertise for what suits me and my hair style.What a great find - will be back soon to keep having those new hair feels!

This was an awful experience.I already have a bob and my hair is fine it just needed a good trimShe cut my hair very quickly and I asked for the front to be slightly longer as it is now. She then blasted it with the hairdryer so it was pretty much dry before using a brush which resulted in it being straight and not a bob. I asked for a fuller shape which even I can do, but her answer was ‘no darling it’s not possible with your hair’ . So she put dry shampoo on and back combed which I had to wash off when home . My daughter noticed that my hair was straight all round and 2 longer pieces at the front which didn’t taper up. It looks terrible!I will definitely not return

Hi everyone!!!I visited this salon a few weeks back and they did an amazing job with my hair. Helen applied a colour, hair treatment and a layers cut which looks fabulous. Highly recommend they’re very friendly and do the job well

This establishment is now under a different management and owner and they’re simply amazing!!!They don’t rush their work but go over and beyond to achieve the best results!I highly recommend this salon. Service is Awesome and great Quality of work on top of a reasonable price!I am actually in their salon NOW getting full heads foil whilst doing this review.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
