Used to be good... have recently been charged for a half hour session timed at 16minutes and questioned when I asked about it and was told it was correct but paying for a half hour session half way though isn't right...Will be going elsewhere...

Extremely disappointed. From three appointments I've managed to be seen only once.First appointment the physio was sick, which was completely out of anyone's control, however was just left a message for a call back. I was already on my way. I arrived there to be told my appointment was cancelled.Saw the Physio Eric second consult, great physio.Third consult was booked over the phone. I show up, to be told by reception there is no booking. I confirmed the time I called through, for the receptionist to tell me it wasn't her that took the call, pretty much too bad. So not going back. Hopefully if you see the physiotherapists you will have a better experience. Perhaps a look at receptionist competency would be a good idea.
