Minh Ha Compounding Pharmacist Advice

I absolutely love this chemist. The location is convenient, as it is next door to the medical centre. I keep all my families' scripts on file and just text my order through when I need it. The owner and staff go out of their way to make every visit a positive one. Prices are indicative of being a small, family-owned business, and are worth the extra dollars for the personal and professional service that we receive.

Can’t say enough good things about the team at Minha Pharmacy- always happy to give advice - super helpful and friendly. I always feel so welcome when I pop in and the customer service is exceptional. If I could I would give them a 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review .

Staff are rude and my script was double that of Chemist warehouse.... I went there out of convenience.... NEVER AGAIN....STAY AWAY..... unless you have more money than sense!!!!!!!

The owner of the pharmacy demanded a cash ‘service fee’ and wrote down my medicare card info. I asked if they are billing my medicare card why am I paying a cash only ‘service fee’? the owner told me I could also do PayID… how legitimate does this seem?I told her they accept EFTPOS so there is no way they only accept cash or pay id. the owner told me that is the only method she accepts her service fee from. This is a clear violation of Australian Law and I have filed a formal complaint with APHRA and the govenrment’s whistleblowing website for medicare fraud. Incredibly rude and refused service AFTER entering my medicare card info into their system. I asked her how does she serve vulnerable members of the community that have an eftpos card from centrelink which can’t do cash out or pay id? she told me she would tell them to get cash. They will be getting disciplinary action, they tried to scam the wrong patient.

Owner of this Pharmacy is very rude, greedy for money and lier because I left my name and contact number with her to call me when RAT kits arrive, she refused that they NEVER take customer's details. That's the height of lies. When I asked her about kits again on my next visit, she said that they just finished the previous day and asked me again to leave my details, which contradicted her own statement. It was very frustrating and she started yelling at me when I said to her that it was very disappointing to see that they don't deliver what they promise. She charges a lot more than other pharmacies around and has very aggressive mannerism.

Pity you can’t leave zero star review. Just had the most disgusting experience ever had with a shop …ever! They deceivingly sold the completely wrong medication to my teenage son which he didn’t ask for and they refused to refund because he took one step out the door before realising they had sold him a heap of products he didn’t want or need. He then maturely and calmly asked them to just give him the one thing he needed and not worry about the refund and he was barraged by abuse from the 2 adult women working in the store. He was trying to reason with them as they had just taken all the money he had and he didn’t get the medication he needed and they continued to abuse him. He left with a bunch of medication he didn’t need, no medication that he did need, no money and feeling unnecessarily attacked. The abuse was from the owner and another older woman. Not only were they unprofessional, disrespectful and rude to my teenage son they were also like that to me when I called to try and sort it out. Stay away from this place. I think they are not only dangerous in selling the wrong medication they are also dangerously aggressive. Was not surprised to see many other bad reviews on this place.

The staff were lovely, did not have to wait long and the price was reasonable. I am prepared to spend a little extra to support a small local business than go to a Chemist Warehouse etc.

Big sign on the front of the building says open seven days - guess what - not true = closed all day Sunday

The latina woman with glasses was quite understanding and forgiving. I watched her put up with several unbearable and self narcisitic customers during my time in the Pharmacy. Props to her for going above and beyond.
