Fantastic customer service, clean store, not usually too busy and good prices on groceries during this trying time. Special buys down the middle. Easy to navigate aisles and good Covid barriers set up.

Typical Aldi store with fresh produce, own-brand groceries and friendly staff. Plus a huge range of unusual products (eg Wood-fired pizza oven, electric bicycle, winter pyjamas)

I always buy the farmwood blazing chicken wings always great nice sizes not too many crumbs but the last 3 times I've noticed that the pieces are full of crumbs hardly any wings just bulky pieces not good Aldi we notice these changes and its not for the better.

Ive noticed on 4 occasions that the shelves are looking more empty everyday, raw sugar and some condiments and meat pies have not been available for a while, when I asked about this I got no response like I don't know!! I asked is there a shortage again I don't know is all I got. The customer support is lacking by some Aldi members. I think the shine has come off Aldi in many ways, great in the beginning to gain our support then nothing!!!

The staff stocking the shelves were quite pleasant and said hello, but the girl at the checkout seemed unpleased and let out a deep sigh it made me feel like me buying my groceries was bothering her. She was also talking to another girl at the checkout across from her as if I wasn't there. Besides that the prices are great and the selection of items it great too. Will shop again despite the not so great attitude. :)

Sometimes 50% cheaper than the bigger chains, Drakes used to be cheap but now seem to be as expensive as Coles and Woolies so Hoorah Aldis! Oh! and the staff are friendlier than the staff at the big chains also.. atleast at the Hallett Cove store.. You guys rule!

Nice store always well presented and clean. Friendly helpful staff who work hard to maintain this. And VERY GOOD PRICES no corporate greed for profiteering off the pandemic here. So glad we have Aldi at Hallett Cove!

Aldi worker Tom was great during checkout and fantastic with the kids in the line before and after me. He talked to them and made a game out of filling the trolley. So nice to see.
