Went to Mark today with my Stihl Combi after Stihl at Brookvale said they couldn't look at it for 6 weeks. He said he didn't repair Stihl products but then fixed it in a couple of minutes. Absolute legend, this is the service that makes me recommend to him anyone. Thanks Mark.

Ordered my new EGO cordless trimmer just after Xmas day, didn't expect to arrive that quickly so waited patiently for the package via courier. Received MSG from Steve at Allmowers quite promptly after purchase indicating tracking# and that it should arrive soon. Tracking indicated still in transit almost 1 week into the new year, contacted courier but they didn't reply, contacted Allmowers & Steve replied straight away after bus hrs, saying would look into it next day, he then called me the next day explaining whats happening & re-assured me all would be OK...got home from work that day to see my package at home waiting for me.Steve from Allmowers was excellent, promptly replied all the time even after bus hrs and called me to update the situation, couldn't ask for anything more! Ordered some tyres for my mower on line. 6 months later still no tyres and no answers. Had to go to dept fair trading to get my money back.

I purchased a set of battery powered gardening tools from the local Bunnings store which included a lawnmower, line trimmer, blower/vac and hedge trimmer. After using them for approximately 1 year, they could not cope with my garden and my expectations – I think I was sold by the marketing. So I went on the lookout for some alternatives and decided to contact Allmowers for some advice.After initially taking with Steve on the phone and sending Allmowers a note on their website (which Steve responded to very promptly after business hours), he encouraged me to go to their showroom to discuss options. I was set on purchasing petrol gear as my experience with battery powered gear was terrible.I turned up to the store where I was greeted by the friendly staff. They talked through various options with me once they had a look at pictures of my yard and convinced me to try the Ego battery powered lawnmower. They even said I could bring it back if I was not satisfied. In their demonstration, they also showed me the power of the Ego blower, so I decided to grab one of them as well. The guys unpacked the lawnmower and blower, set it up and gave me hands on instructions on how to use the gear, which I did not expect. I went home that morning and tried the Ego lawnmower and blower – Wow, was I surprised by the power of the equipment!I couldn’t wait to write Steve and the team an email to tell them how happy I was with their advice and my purchase. The Ego range is fantastic, so much so, I went back the following week and purchased an Ego battery powered line trimmer and an Ego battery powered hedge trimmer from the guys. I also purchased an Atom vac and Honder edge trimmer from Allmowers because quite simply, they know what they are talking about!The true test of a business is the aftersales service. These guys provide you with 6 star service any time of the day!I asked Steve a question about my new Atom vac via email on Saturday evening at approx. 5.30pm and received a response at 5.55pm that same day. We then continued to exchange emails into Sunday, even receiving responses at 8.38pm on Sunday – who does that!This is probably the best sales and after sales experience I have ever had. They give you great advice, unpack the equipment for you, set it up and tell you how to use it so you are ready to go. I highly recommend Steve and the team at Allmowers as their service is second to none. Well done guys and thank you for everything!

Bought an Ego Power Hedge Trimmer online and Steve emailed and had it shipped to me on the same day. Allmowers appear to only stock quality products and their sales sytems and delivery procedures are top notch. I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
