The recent hail damage totalled my car, lucky enough I was referred to Stakd automotive by a friend and it was the best decision ever. Even whilst being so busy with so many other jobs, they were able to fit me in and get it completed within the week. Highly recommend this company to anyone with damaged vehicles. Cheers team. Awful experience. What should have been a couple of weeks job took them almost three months with the parts sitting there for a month and half. Unfriendly communication and no sense of urgency for insurance jobs. Their work was good but it doesn’t compensate for the unreasonable long wait times.

100% the most horrible experience!-Maybe it is because my car is not a luxury or classic car-I was involved in an accident and my car was hit in the tail end. My insurance company sent it to Stakd as a CONTRACT REPAIRER. It took them 2 weeks to call me and tell me the car was there and I was denied access to my personal belongings TWICE! I had to chase up the progress multiple times and was told the vehicle had been looked at and they were completing their repair quotes and was told that the vehicle was repairable after 3 weeks from the accident.After lodging a complaint with my insurance company about the terrible treatment from this repairer, The car was moved to another repairer. The damage actually turned out to be a statutory write off as there was damage to the A and B Pillars as well as the chassis and passenger side rear.I would NEVER recommend Stakd to anyone, especially if you value YOUR SAFETY, good customer service and honesty

Used them for an insurance job. They did such a good job on the paintwork that I will go back to them again for any work I need done!

It was hail damage repair. Repairs were promised to be completed in 2 weeks, but it took >3 weeks to complete. Poor communication, I became aware that there will be a delay only when I called myself one day before the agreed pick up time, and it happened twice. No apologies offered as well.After picking up a vehicle I discovered that windscreen cabin mirror is loose. Attended STAKD next morning, I was told that they can not fix it, because windscreen replacement was outsourced to another company, Sunshine Coast Windscreens. Sunshine Coast Windscreens accused me of breaking the mirror myself, though promised to repair the mirror.Guess what, nobody called me back.I realize everybody can do mistakes, but what is important- how do you handle them.If you value your time, I would advise going somewhere else.

The staff at Stakd were very friendly. I had 2 repairs done on my car. My car looked amazing when completed. They even detailed it inside and out. Great business great work. Keep up the great work.

After being told that my nearest approved repairer was going to be quite a distance from my location I found STAKD in my own suburb and was surprised and delighted that they could carry out the repairs for me.The service from the get go was professional and very friendly.After being told by my insurance company I would have cover my own initial travel costs to and from their repairer and then to my workplace and then would be later reimbursed, STAKD made an offer to help me out and made my week without my car so much easier. I would like to thank all of their team for their friendly help and professional service and the extra mile they went to fix some other damage at a minimum cost.They contacted me after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied and I can honestly say the car looks good as new. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for genuine professional service.

I had a small dent repair done at Stakd (insurance). What should have been a simple three day repair took nearly seven weeks, and we had to return the car to them on several occasions to have the job completed. Very poor communication. Not once was any verbal commitment for communication adhered to. If we didn't ring to chase up, then nothing would be done. I will avoid them in future.

STAKD did an exceptional insurance repair job on my vehicle.Not only was the workmanship superb, they kept me informed throughout the process and as a bonus they also detailed the car before I picked it up.Excellent workmanship and wonderful service.Highly recommended.
