I have been using Shire Gardens for many years and I've never been disappointed. Colin is approachable and responsive, a pleasure to deal with. Woul not hesitate to recommend him.

Colin comes across as very honest and knowledgeable, which is how he secured our business. BUt when it came to doing the job he supplied plants that were inferior quality and worth much less than we were paying. We were underwhelmed with the finished job so we called him out on the plant sizes as our research told us they should have been substantially bigger. He admitted he had installed smaller plants without telling us or gaining our consent. He claimed to have made a mistake. Based on this he offered us a discount. However we have now spent a day of our own time buying more plants and planting them ourselves. I am in disbelief that someone could conduct business this way. Avoid.

Shire Gardens made getting my pool certified simple and pain free. Colin and Carolina were very helpful throughout the process and their service was prompt and cheerful at each set. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing to get certification for their swimming pool.

Their website advertises that they are an NDIS provider. When I emailed them to get garden work done they did not reply. Several days later I phoned them and was told that NDIS work does not pay them sufficiently. While I appreciate this I still feel it is wrong to advertise the service if they are not doing it and are rude not to have the simple curtesie of replying to my email to inform me of this.

A large Angophora fell onto the roof of our house. Its removal was a complicated job requiring a great deal of skill. Colin and his team managed it with a minimum of collateral damage.
