Popped in for a quick beverage with the family, was a nice experience and the pricing was very reasonable!There was no issues having children here as well which was nice.Loved the interior and bar fit out. Didn’t look like much from outside but I was really pleasantly surprised, would certainly go back again.

every year i come to jindabyne for a ski holiday i look forward to going to brumbys for dinner. Best food in jindabyne by far at very reasonable prices. Very cosy restaurant and great staff. bbq ribs and steak are to die for.

A barely teenage boy was seating customers. I knowthat he is young but some better service lessons would not go astray. I ordered a chicken parmigiana here with the roast potatoes and vegetables. I wasn't expecting the small serve of fried vegetables, (they were very oily).The parmi was good but so much oil in the vegetables ruined it. When I commented about the fried vegetables not being good, I was told that's how they are." I would recommend that you avoid the potatoes and vegetables and stick to chips and salad if you go. (I didn't see what they looked like.)"

Cozy pub with nice food. We were seated upstairs - they have online bookings which makes it so much easier. Especially on a busy weekend during ski season!We ordered our meals but something happened with the system and our orders did not go through to the kitchen. We waited about an hour - not in a hurry or anything - just kept chatting and then realised we had actually waited for a while. Once we let the waiter know they followed up and came over to apologise for the delay and the mistake. They’ve then kindly offered us a free bottle of wine and free dessert! They really did not have to do that but it was something that was done - a very kind and professional gesture! We really appreciated it. The food was delicious - huge servings! I had the chicken schnitzel and my other half had the steak! Loved this place !!! Highly recommend.

Couldnt seem to get in contact to make a reservation, service wasn’t great, entree came with main, steak was cold and missing the gravy I ordered… but the ribs were decent portion size and atmosphere was good.

We ordered the $37 T-Bone with Veg... VERY underwhelming. Veg was packet mix frozen from Woolies, steak was ordered Medium Rare, but we could of cut a bit off & rode the rest home because it was still mooing! Saving grace was the steak was tender & edible even if bordering blue & we had been on the slopes all day and we were starving. Would not recommend. Over priced for what was served, & you have to do all orders yourself- no wait staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful, otherwise this would be a one star review. Steak was a complete waste of $42. I asked for rare, you can see what I got for yourself. Worse still it was flavourless and had no juice to it. I'm guessing it was from frozen as it didn't taste fresh at all. The side of chips was small and the gravy was so watery and lacking in any flavour other than salt it might as well have been salad dressing.

Made a booking for Friday night the 26th may. Got a confirmation email and the depost" request. Arrived on the night to find the place shut despite everything saying it will be open. No one answered the phone and no indication of why it was shut. Sounds like we dodged a bullet though and thankfully they didn't actually charge my card.Went across the road to Embers and had a great steak instead"
