Jeans Express

My wife took my leather jacket with broken zip to Looksmart Alterations, West Lakes. $200 to replace zip.She took it around to Jeans Express who had a good look at it. “The zip is ok. I believe it’s the slider. Come back in 1/2 hour. If it’s just the slider it will be $40.” She went back and it was fixed and tested several times. $160 or a new jacket saved.They lost one ⭐️ because they are cash only. There was no signage and wife wasn’t told until she went to pick up the jacket. A dash to the ATM sorted it.

They did an amazing job. My dress just needed 2cm around the bust area and the up size was sold out. 1st tailor rejected trying and said another tailor would make me pay $200 so may as well buy a new dress. 2nd place suggested a panel addition to give extra room which was fine although it would change the style slightly it was the back so no worries. Then my friend recommended this place as she said the panel could potentially be on the sides so it could be more hidden. I got there and the tailor suggested to bring out the back zip and release some of the extra material. Giving me a total of 2cm. I collected it today and needed noone to help me with the zip. It didn't cost $200. Thanks so much for your help. Highly recommended.

I have just returned from getting a Pair of jeans hemmed - simple job but result was fantastic - I had pinned them and they were exactly as I asked. Also had a dress hemmed and again exactly what I wanted. The staff were amazing , very friendly and helpful. They were ready for pick up at the exact time they said - pricing was fabulous. will recommend Jeans Express to all - keep up the good work - so nice to have such friendly and efficient staff.

they are doing jeans for $20 and also express ! in just half an hour, looksmart is doing same thing for $35, how good they are

Fantastic experience with Jeans Express!! Will be going to this place for any alterations I need done in future!! I needed the waist taken in and leg taken up on my new jeans and the outcome is AMAZING and I’m so excited to wear them. Can’t even tell that they’ve been altered as the seaming and stitching is honestly perfect. I’m highly impressed, and thank you so so much!!

They ruined 2 brand new trousers.I asked them to double check the length and I even asked that I may need to wear my shoes to make sure it was not too shorts.Paid $50 (for 2 alterations). Went home and ... surprise!Those pants are too shorts now!!I will ring back for a full refund and I'm seeking compensation.

Terrible service. Had a zipper replaced on my pants and wore it once and zipper broke, went back and asked if he could fix it again. He Was not interested in helping me fix the zipper. He was not listening and said it wasn’t the zippers but the pants. In the end had a family member replace the zipper and it works great!
