Sparkles Car Wash (Brisbane Airport Service Centre)

The auto car wash charged me $20.40, and did not even work. I’vebeen calling there business since then, but they do not care to answer any of those calls.

Go to the Nudges service centre instead of here!Equipment never seems to function correctly, card facilities down, rarely accepts $2 coinsThe left wash bay produces entirely different pressures to the right bay.Not uniform (on blast pressure the other trickles)Takes around 30 seconds to switch between functions if it changes at all" wasting time and money in the process.Tried the touchless car wash and dry - it was honestly terrible. I had to wash the car immediately after.After wasting $6 ($4 in front of a team member) I was offered a $2 token and an apology - try an out of order sign next time guys...."

The manager wouldnt let me wash my car there because he said my car was too dirty..... i have been down some dirt roads, thats all.... no 4wd tracks or anything crazy. I understand excess mud, but my car had a little dust, thats all...

Great place if needing to give the car a clean inside an out whilst waiting to pick up or drop off. Conveniently located across the road from the BNE service centre at the airport.

Guys did a great job on my car, and handy that it's just across the road from the service centre with eatery.

STAY AWAY!!!! Went to use the automatic carwash on 21/11/22, charged me but carwash didn't work. Sent multiple emails to this company" requesting a refund

STAY AWAY!Used the automatic carwash, when I got home the car wasn't even cleaned.Reading the reviews, clearly the business owner s don't care about customer service.Zero stars!

I paid 1 dollar for self- service but no water comes out

The high-pressure hose flew out of its holder when I inserted a coin into the self-service unit one night. It hit my rear passenger door and caused 2 scratches. I contacted Sparkles the next day to get them to review the CCTV footage (it all happened right below a camera) and let me know what the next steps are to get the scratches fixed.I had one email back saying they hadn't looked at the footage yet, but asked me to confirm that I hadn't touched the trigger, which I confirmed, and told them they would see it on the CCTV.Five unanswered emails later i'm assuming they don't want to take responsibility for their faulty machinery so i'm lodging a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading.DO NOT USE!!DO NOT USE!!DO NOT USE!!
