Chris came out today to demonstrate the WHILL Model C2 wheelchair. He was extremely pleasant and very accomodating. He provided clear and thorough explanations of driving, assembling and disassembling. A very good experience

We had an appointment today arranged with Chris at HospEquip Melbourne. I cannot praise him enough. He was diligent, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. What I found most impressive was he knew we were not purchasing for around 6 months. Due to him alone we have decided to get the bed in a much shorter time frame and even though we had looked at a chair elsewhere we will now be purchasing it through Chris. Outstanding service thank you so much Chris.

I'm an OT and it is great to be able to work with a team like HospEquip. They have a showroom which they provide their own training from, you can take your clients in for trials and review their products, able to borrow the equipment and take to clients to try in their homes and they are always able to bring products out for a free demo and assist. Kelly specifically has been amazing and so easy to get in touch with, very responsive, knows the products really well and has been such a big help. Great, ongoing working relationship :)

Highly recommend dealing with HospEquip mainly because of prompt follow on service to enable remote control.We recently had a home demo of a Whill C2 powered wheelchair. While assembling, Chris from the Keysborough outlet in Victoria dropped one of the components on his foot. We offered him an ice pack, but he said he was worried he would not be able to get his shoe back on if he took it off. Obviously in some discomfort, he continued to demonstrate the benefits of the omnivore front wheels without audible complaint.Subsequently, we decided to purchase and he promptly delivered. Needing to control the wheelchair remotely, we could not pair the wheelchair with the app on our smart phone. Another employee was promptly dispatched to our home and suspected we had the wrong pairing codes. He tried to contact California to provide the appropriate codes, but they did not respond, probably because it was after 5 pm their time. On returning to the office, he found the correct manual with the matching codes and Chris returned the next day with it and we were able to pair the wheelchair with our smart phone.Now that is what I call service!

Exceptional service and product knowledge. I needed help quickly to aid my elderly mother and Kelly worked with me and Access Care to carefully and empathetically resolve the problem. They delivered the chosen product in amazingly brief time and we are delighted with the outcome. HospEquip and Kelly in particular have my highest recommendation. My family cannot thank them enough.

What's more, they genuinely care about getting the best outcome for the person and their care needs. They have some amazing pieces of equipment and the advice and guidance is second to none. The team at HospEquip kindly offered our team of Occupational Therapists a professional development session within their showroom.
