I recently made a blunder requiring the services of a mechanic. As I was passing through Mudgee I had no knowledge of who to call. Brian Smith, the owner of Town and Country was recommended. He was a legend. He squeezed my truck into his busy day, did the work for an extremely fair and reasonable price. And while he was working on my truck, leant me a car so I could attend to other things. He was the epitome of customer service, friendliness and fairness. I could not recommend him more highly.

Whilst I am glad they fit me in. Brian didn't need to be so rude. Also $390 for the cheapest oil you use (your words not mine) is a rip off. I can buy 20L of that oil for $240 and I don't get a trade discount like you do, you didn't use 15L let alone more than 30L to justify this cost. Then an additional $396 for less than 3 hours work and $38 for 10cm of rubber pipe and some hose clamps, you have to be joking. Never again.
