Always feel welcome with Paul. He is very knowledgeable and won’t make you purchase something you don’t need. We have sent our cars and caravan to him for maintenance and are extremely happy with the service.

I recently purchased a caravan without knowing a whole lot about them. I had a chat with Paul and Daniel who helped me out with an Elecbrakes unit. They also took the time to explain a whole heap of other things to me about towing and powering the van. To say that I'm extremely impressed with their service is an understatement. They really went above and beyond.

I had my Ford Territory in at Pedder's Melton for brake and suspension checks 4 wheel alignment, and the customer service from Paul, was second to none found them very professional to deal with and would recommend them highly.

My ranger was starting to sit low when loaded at the rear ,as we were about to andertake a big trip I consulted with John Pedders Melton after explaining what I thought I wanted John suggested to replace the rear springs . Supplied fitted and returned my car to home great care and service .I have now towed my 3 ton van to Geelong but the towing difference is first rate . Thank you ,the boys at Pedders Melton

At short notice the Pedders Melton team fitted me in for an inspection and full report on my old classic car in order to keep moving forward with them on necessary safety and performance repairs and are as add says straight talking and know there stuff , so look forward to dealing with them soon

I took my husband’s Colorado here this morning for some repair works. I didn’t have anyone that could take me home so I asked how long it would be and if I could wait. They said my husband had agreed to leave it there all day but it would only take an hour or two and I could wait if I wanted. I had otherwise planned on getting a taxi home. Not quite an hour later it was ready to go, it was cheaper than expected and although it went straight over my head they explained what they did. They were very friendly and I was grateful they managed to get me out of there early even though they’d planned on having the car the whole day.
