Sydney Tools Dulwich Hill

Dulwich Hill store told me that the whipper snipper I ordered online would arrive for pickup soon" - after two weeks getting told the same line - I was forced to cancel the order. I was told it would arrive soon no less than four times - each time I called. It's my opinion that this store is unreliable

By far the best place to buy power tools from. The guys at the Dulwich Hill store are by far the most knowledgeable and helpful out of all the stores. Great size shop with plenty of stock on hand. Everything is well laid out by brand and type making it easy to find what you need when you need it. If they don't have an item on hand they will order it in for you or have it sent direct from one of their many stores to you. I always shop at Sydney Tools and if you're in dulwich hill I encourage you to stop in and have a look around.

Order a product and had a bit of a stuff around getting it, but in the end, ended up getting sorted and made whole. Was more then adequately compensated for the errors. Overall, great customer service, a testament to the Dulwich Hill staff and team.

If you ever need help picking out the tools most suitable to your needs go find Moe, he was knowledgeable with the different levels of quality between brands and the manufacturers. Been a few months since I made my purchases and cannot be any happier.

Horrible online shopping experience - I ordered the brand new working bench with Sydney Tools dated 15 Feb. The stock and delivered date were checked with Daniel before placing the order. I also requested the driver to give a call one hour before the arrival.On the original delivery date (20 Feb), nothing was happen. Hence I called Daniel in the afternoon. Unfortunately I was told that my delivery was missing and the delivery would be arranged on next day instead.On the next day (21Feb), the bench was suddenly turned up my home which I had to rush back from office to collect it. Unfortunately the bench came with few dents on the front drawer and damages. I didn't accept the working bench and Daniel then told that the new working bench would be delivered three days after.After the three days (24 Feb), nothing was happen again until 3pm I was told that it had no delivery since no truck was available. I was further advised that it will be delivered on three days afterward (27 Feb).I checked the status of delivery with Daniel in the afternoon of 27 Feb. Suprisingly, I was told that nothing was scheduled again since the refund was requested but I never requested any refund. It is so horrible purchasing experience with such a big brand when I just simply buy a working bench only.

Very good and nice stuff. I highly recommend the best professional staff named Mohammed who is so friendly and always help you out. Every the delivery or manufacture delays, but he just ordered from other Stores and always solved problems for you. Every time I went to the store, I never see him stand there free. He is always busy working or busy with costumers. No doubt that man should get pay raises. Coz him, I’d like to purchase all my tools from him and his store. Trust him so much. And very impress shopping experience for years.

I come to this shop often and am always impressed with the stock. But I am really happy with the service I receive. I like to deal with Nick, he really knows his products, always is friendly and super helpful. If you go on there head his way. He won’t let you down.

I think I've come home with the wrong thing and I feel disappointed because I clearly asked for what I wanted the guy grabbed out what I thought was what I needed and handed it to me. And I bought it. Now I come home and spray this WD40 and nothing is happening. Whereas when I use my neighbours it works. The WD40 I have got is called a Degreaser" and is far more foamy. It's useless for me - it was just a one job that I needed to tend to. And i'm back to asking the neighbours for theirs."

Ordering click and collect will not save time...it is slower and more troublesome than going in. Website said items were in stock...they were not. Told new stock would arrive the next day. Went in three days later....no stock. Items are never picked ready for collection. Staff go off searching for everything when you get there. And the staff are useless and don't know where things are in store. It is literally slower and more bother than just going in.
