Excellent service from these guys. Even though they were extremely over the top busy just before last Christmas, they went above and beyond to help us sort out an issue with our car at short notice. Have found them to be very good with follow up jobs too.

I had a really positive experience at this dealership. During a minor repair to my campervan, the mechanic broke a part. They were honest about it and the staff worked to get a replacement and fit it. Their honesty was so refreshing and the service very efficient. Thanks so much!

Had problems with aftermarket shock absorbers and all members of the service counter could not have been more helpful. Luke was very generous with his time even taking photos and forwarding to the OEM. Service beyond the call of duty!

We have been having our car serviced at Toyota for 16 years always had great service

Have had my vehicle to Mareeba Mazda about 3 times to have a serious knock noise in the front of my car investigated. I paid over $500 to have an engine mount replaced believing they had found this to be the issue as that was the reason the vehicle was there. Only to collect the car & the knock was still present. When I requested my money back for the labor component of the repair because of the fact the the knock was still there, they declined. When I couldn’t replicate the noise I was told they had been over it & cant find anything wrong. Now I’m just left with my car still having a knock in the front of the vehicle & feeling like I must be just imagining it & no idea what to do now.Guess I have to take it somewhere else & hope they can help me. Very disappointed.
