Staff are rude and inexperienced. Manage is abrupt and aggressive towards clients. She is only there for the money. Stay away from this place.

Waverley Hill SRS has a very homely environment. The staff are friendly and very helpful with the clients as well as family members that visits the facility. The facility is all one level and caters for low and high care clients. The beauty is there is no bond that family have to try and find for their loved ones who require care.The rooms are large and spacious with lots of filtered light. All rooms have there own ensuit which I find very important for the client.The food is of a very high quality.The Chef has received awards for her cooking several years in a row and the fed back from clients is that they are very happy with the food.I would highly recommend Waverley Hill to anyone who is looking to place there loved ones in care..

Our Grandma needed some respite recently and this place was available. Sadly when we arrived we found the whole place is very run down, this photo is the chair in her room. When dinner came the main meal was cold and the icecream dessert has melted. The place was dusty and dirty. She only lasted 2 hours and we had to pull her out and find somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble!
