There has been a lot of negative feedback across the media regarding the Parents Next program, yet I have so far had an excellent experience at Sarina Russo Bundaberg with Tessa. I have met new people, gained new skills, refreshed old skills and I am slowly feeling more confidence to return to work.

Sarina Russo is quite possibly the best job providing agency that I have been with, they are extremely helpful with everything you need in regards to getting you on your feet and in helping you get the the career that you want! They don’t treat you like a number and take all of your circumstances into consideration and try help to use it as an advantage towards your job search. Sam has been extremely helpful and it is very clear he takes pride in his work and wants all of his clients employed as soon as possible. 10/10 would recommend Sarina Russo to anybody who is serious about finding work.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you Sarina Russo, for the course CTA (Career transition assistance). Haylie was our Educator/Mentor who taught and guided us with great zeal! A class of 11 people from varied backgrounds, age, and attention span - Haylie was able to keep us all focused and eager to learn.The range of topics covered in the CTA course was amazing! Some of the subjects covered included having 2x resumes completed, interview tactics, having a positive attitude, and dressing appropriately. We all left the course feeling invigorated and positive – ready for the next interview!Whilst doing our 3-week course, Justine was in the background hunting down jobs for us – getting us out to interviews.I can truly say that the staff at Sarina Russo go above and beyond what I would have expected for a government course.

Absolutely appalling disability services. No insight, no empathy, and they lie about being pressured and questioned by Centrelink so they can change your ESAT data so they can throw you into unsuitable employment. Pressured to apply for unsuitable jobs which i was physically incapable of doing.Threatened with payment cuts for questioning the unsuitable jobs.This is the most punitive agency i have ever been with. They are 100% for profit. You are a commodity to them, and if they don't reach their KPI you get punished for having a disability and not meeting their expectations.They are running this exactly the same way as the normal job agency, they aren't taking disability into considerations. And this is a widespread issue with these for profit agencies, its not just Sarina Russo.I am now with a not for profit disability provider and it is like night and day. My physical and mental disabilities are taken into consideration, and I have progressed further in 4 months than I did in 12 with Sarina Russo.I jumped ship a four months ago, I'm not sure why I didn't leave early.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My experience with Sarina Russo has been nothing short of brilliant! I'm so very thankful to Tessa for assisting me with everything, from building a current resume to notifying me of jobs and/or putting me forward for them. Such friendly faces and polite staff that welcome you, I always leave with a more positive outlook in regards to job hunting after each appointment.

My experience at Sarina Russo Job Access has been excellent. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you Sam, Katie and Janelle who have all gone out of their way to provide an amazing service in helping me gain employment within my desired career path. They also helped with providing my work uniforms and other work related items.I highly recommend Sarina Russo Bundaberg.

Wow, I am so happy with the way things have worked out for me. Tessa rang, I had an interview and have been happily employed now for 5mths. Adding to my first review!2/2/21Have just spoken with Cameron and I can say my life feels a whole lot brighter after speaking with him, the confidence he instilled in me on our first phone call was strong! I'm looking forward to what the future brings now!I've been involved with Sarina Russo for a year or so and they have always been very helpful, in my particular case, there was something that happened with my payments through no fault of mine or Sarina Russo's , but these three people went above and beyond to get things sorted and were the reason it was sorted so quickly, Manager Melissa, Assistant manager Sam, And my Employment consultant Krista, these guys went out of their way to ensure i was looked after and for that i thank them!Thanks Melissa, Sam, And Krista..... for your hard work and PersistenceRegardsKearne Mizzi
