Does not even deserve 1 star. Company does not honour sale prices- indicate they are out of stock and cannot get them. Sorry Jen we were going to come down and order 4 complete high end Hampton bathrooms and kitchen sinks but your loss now.Thank you for your response. I confirm that the item was not in the clearance range at the time of purchase. After being told that you would not be restocking this item again - the following day you have the same product code listed at a much higher price.

A design bathware vehicle speeding excessively along highway heading towards nowra tailgating my car with my kids in it copped abuse from driver will not be using this company at all and I am renovating my whole house currently will also be telling everyone I know in this field not to be using design bathware

Jennie and her colleague Luke have been brilliant. I am an interior designer and have been engaged in fully renovating an apartment in Sydney from my home in London. The time difference has made other aspects of the job very challenging" but Jennie and Luke have made the bathroom renovation as straightforward as it could be given the circumstances. They always responded to my emails straightaway and were very helpful with information about products and differences with the fittings I am used to using here in London. They also willingly accepted a return of 2 taps when I changed my mind

Jennie and the staff at Design Bathware provided us with exemplary service with our recent bathroom renovation. Their knowledge of products and design ideas were impressive and Jennie really took the time to ensure we achieved exactly what we were after for our bathroom space. Their showroom provided us with some great ideas and their online website is extensive and easy to navigate. Communication has been excellent, delivery on time. I would highly recommend this business.

With so many options available when you are building I was feeling really overwhelmed by the time I stepped into Design Bathware. I wish I had gone there first as after spending time with Jen I walked out with my whole bathroom and kitchen sorted. She had really good design advice, had a thorough knowledge of her products and was price competitive. The whole process was seamless and on time. I confidently recommend using Design Bathware.
