Struggled with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) related problems for a long while until I reached out to Hayley for help. After a consult, I was prescribed a couple of supplements which worked wonders! Last year I had a few dramas with my health, so I contacted Hayley at TRR.Hayley had a well researched knowledge of products and natural medicines, recommended helpful web pages, books and blogs, was very punctual, judgement free and professional with access to a wide variety of products at ( I think ) an affordable price. With her recommendations, direction and some discipline on my part I feel 110%.Highly recommended.

I am so glad to have found Hayley! Struggling with digestion & sleep issues, amongst other things, Hayley allowed me to feel comfortable enough to lay it all on the table & take immediate steps to address the problems… without feeling like I need to spend $100s on supplements at every single appointment as I have found with some naturopaths in the past.
