what a ripoff store. your supposed to be a factory outlet store selling the rejected stuff, yet your prices are more expensive than myers.I will be returning my shirts and getting my shirts from myers with reward points as well.

As someone who has been to quite a few outlet malls around the world, the prices here are fair, compared to other Polo outlet stores around the world. It's not insanely cheaper vs retail, which is a bummer of an experience. But if you need-need a polo, this works.That said, it's still cheaper compared to retail, but also it's a brand that's in most outlet malls, so I'm not entirely sure it makes sense to pay full retail for any Ralph Lauren polo tee, ever.Moreover, my experience here was also unfortunately a little tainted by the fact that they were closing when I visited, while my partner was shopping inside - they refused to let me in, even though I was carrying so much shopping bags. I recognize that it's closing / closed, but I also need to pay for the partner's shopping?

Big shout out to Ashley who was absolutely amazing, she was so kind with my 2yr old and was really helpful and proactive in helping me with sizing. She definitely went above and beyond to assist me and for that I'll be returning. Thank you.

Great customer service from Jack friendly and helped out with sizing when he thought they didn't have any of a pictular hoodie he looked up and down in the back and found my size would love to be served by Jack again

Visited store approx 3 weeks ago very friendly staff assisted me with everything I needed price point was also good some items even cheaper than I thought

Honestly the store is very pretty and staff is nice BUT It’s not an outlet… same price or even more expensive than myers!!!

The first review i write in my life, but i have never experienced anything like that before. Went to buy a blazer that costs $499.00 and they had the last size 4 that had a pull on it in the back. Upon request one of the staff members brought up a brand new" item and i was surprised that she just cut off the tread at the back and presented me the same blazer but actually said it was a new one. I pointed out that it strangely has a similar damage as the last one and requested her to bring out the one i returned

Like with all outlets the products are hit and miss but some of the bargains are exceptional. Shopped today after calling to get something put on hold. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Worth a visit.
