they overcharge you for the test you have done with them. how u know? compare previous test of yours or anyone who did test with them. call them back any tell them how you know you are overcharge, they will give lame excuse and accept then mistake and sends much lower charge.

It appears when you make a booking for a GTT appointment, for 8am, and you are there at 7.55am waiting in queue but 2 people in front of you. It doesn't count because I was 3rd in queue, I was informed for pathology appointments didn't matter as there were people in front of me. WHY DID I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT??? Not impressed at all, by the way I work FT and this was coming out of my personal leave and I did not finish till 10.45am.
