Had a incident there this afternoon. My husband's car had a engine fault which made his car not start. We have repair receipts for this. My son had to come and help his dad. My husband is 70years old and he has a heart condition. He wasn't able to push the car. My son had to basically roll the vehicle to the service station to see what's was going on. Found out the fuel gauge wasn't working correctly. From his experience on mazda vehicles, he found a problem, had his computer in vehicle to reset the codes. He filled up fuel and went inside to pay. Upon paying for the petrol his card wasn't accepting payments. He was rudely interrupted by a older lady that was working there. Telling him that non payment forms aren't available at that store? I haven't heard this. He ignored what she said as he knew what she was implying. He couldn't pay. The lady came inside from what my son told me with a look on her face as she was ready to argue. She was rude, belittling my son in front of customers and staff. He was told to leave his car there and he was going to the bank. Not to mention he has been there 7years ago when he didn't work and he filled up petrol worth $30. My son was going thru depression agter losing his son. She brought that up. What's that got anything to do with him today? That's disgusting having some one work for your company that has no respect towards others. He also told them over and over that his getting late to work. The older lady kept being rude and pointing her finger at My son saying I can do whatever I like? That's exceptional customer service. Shows why she's still working there. Uneducated. Maybe train your staff on how to respect someone.What happens when my son loses his job? Will they be paying for his way of living? My son was treated like a criminal and he was stressing out. The Indian lady who was there also was very rude. My son showed her his bank account with funds in it. I couldn't transfer money as I was at work. The Indian lady was persistent and kept asking my son to show her his account details and name? What right does she have to do that? Is it in your company policy to ask customers to disclose personal information? Then my son had police called? What was the reason behind that? He didn't steal the fuel. He didn't drive off. He was honest and told them, showed them what he could. The lady wanted to get my son in some kind of way. He didn't drive the car as he was asked to move it by the attendant. He did because he was nervous about him getting late to work. He was there from 12 till 4.30. That's just disgusting. And to have the staff say his lieing. And shes a accountant? Doesnt say your a police officer and you can detain my son. Regardless of your position. It gives those staff no right to treat anyone the way they did. They both need to reeducated about how to treat someone. Both of them which shouldn't be there. Now my son is in trouble and that's for no reason what so ever. Just cause your staff have low education level and think they can do that to someone and cause stress. Your store is a joke. And so are the both of you. Maybe look at yourself before you go judging my son. His Not a theif. Cause of this behaviour from your staff member his job is on the line.As the older lady told my son... in front of the other Indian lady, about non payment slips. I would like to see it In written that you don't have nonpayment slips anymore. As from what I understand she was just talking s##t and making herself look important. A show off In front of her new staff. Well done to you. I hope you've accomplished something in your pathetic life, causing my son stress over a matter that could be solved. How would any customer pay for fuel if they lost, couldn't pay for the petrol cause of reasons? Will your staff do the same as they done with my son to those other customers? She was harassing my son. I hope management does get back to me and solves this out. And address they staff for they patethic behaviour.Staffs behaviour here is second to none. Disgusting!

I normally am happy with the price of gas at Woolworths Petrol but now I am looking around as prices have jumped up and they are no longer amongst the cheapest but heading more towards the highest price end of the market. Anyway if you want my business go back to fair pricing but until then I will go elsewhere.

I will never use Woolworths petrol ever again. It was orange in colour , the pump was very slow and it ruined my engine. Complained and showed them the cost of repairs they said it was not their petrol that done it . I only drove less than one km and it stopped . Than started and stopped again at a big intersection. I was stressed and crying because the car just would not move.They take no responsibility for their dirty petrol.Not happy. Even with 5 % discount I refuse to ruin my now New car because I had to change it.

Really love the idea of having a petrol station right in broadmeadows shopping central all needed here mainly fuel which is perfect for shoppers.Clean and tidy great friendly services and does get busy.

My last experience here was good.It is a relatively small one though, the inside store is tiny and at night, you pay outside at a little window.The fuel prices are not always the cheapest, so do check the board before you fill up. This is the Caltex that accepts dockets/cards, the one on Pascoe Vale/Dimboola does not accept dockets.

Just 6kms from Melbourne Airport and therefore ideal if you need to take the car back fully fuelled.

It's a petrol station which offers 4 cent discount with a rewards card. Reward card points can be earned from Woolworths, BigW etc. Again, it's a petrol station.

I went to fill up petrol and I pay with some $2 coins and notes as well. The staff name Jayde screamed at me said next time don't bring all golds
