Norma Boules intake officer doesnt know what she does. Give referral to client and she got appointment at 12.20 and my client attend to the appointment with baby 12.00 . No one at office and she turn her back with new born baby. Norma told the client ,she cant see her as she is done for the day and went shopping. Seriously. Need to audit this place by FACS and social services. Misconduct and improper dealing with disadvantaged customers.

As a client with CMRC , I was supported and received professional employment advice and I got connected with professional team who care about migrants more then aspect.

I had a mixed experience with CMRC. The receptionist and the lady who spoke to me after that (kind of pre-screening) were very helpful and respectful.However, the lady that was supposed to be the case manager was rude and provided no help at all. She was scheduled to call my friend at 14:00 but did not call. Me the non-registered interpreter while being on my duty and my friend had to wait for 2 hours until I couldn't wait anymore and called them. She gave me a feeling that she had not read the report passed on to her by her colleague at all. When I told her I had answered those basic questions already and the information should have been in the file, she simply told me she could call back the next day and cut off the line. Obviously her next day does not tally with our normal definition of the next day". We haven't heard back from her at the time that I am writing this. P/S: reading other reviews

I called to find out if they offered specific services and their criteria to be eligible to receive their service, on behalf of a previous client.My call was received by reception who didn't even know what she was talking about.She would say yes then no or no then yes we do" but then precede to tell me no we only do this

Great supportive centre for refugees.

I’ve been attending Norma Boules mother’s of many societies since 2016 she provided exemplary services and been going to the supported plays group in North parramatta and merrylands until now still keep in touch of the other services that’s they provide like Mother’s Day celebrations, coffee connect program and fitness,Retail courses and International womens day and more.

Many thanks to CMRC for giving us the opportunity of attending different workshops in regard to improving experiences for acquiring high skills to find jobs.
