QM worked for me almost immediately.. The standard chitter chatter that used to evolve in my brain, from the tiniest little things, into something major - have literally gone! I can't believe the life I allowed myself to live when it wasn't even there. It's amazing how our minds can work - I now feel released! The tools we are given are so easy and they really do work! Thanks SO much Rich and Kirrilee and also the amazing crew that grew with me along the way - what a journey! X

If I could give more stars I would - an absolutely life changing program!I was very wary and cynical before starting QM, and this totally changed by the end of the first session.I had tried a couple of psychologists to help me (recover from work burnout and anxiety) to no avail, and didnt know where to go for help, until Rich reached out.The structure of the program is superb, providing the tools, resources and support to lift you up and teach you how to stay there.Thank you Rich, Kirrilee and our entire crew for changing my thought processes and understanding of how the mind works for the better ❤️If you're struggling with anything at all (that's part of the beauty of it), QM is your pathway forward.

I’m 2 weeks into the program and can already see such a huge shift! The app is fantastic, it is a brilliant way to record how I am feeling, whether it be good bad or indifferent. It's design is made support your development everyday but like a warm coat in winter you will need to use it to get the benefit.It takes a few minutes a day to use it effectively.I use bubble popping to create dreams along with solving challenges.I thought shop to identify what is moving me towards my goals or causing blockages.
