the manager wad rude to me and my friend we were trying clothes on the manager invaded personal space and opened the curtains when we were changing she said we were stealing after we had purchased everything and was very rude to a larger lady trying to buy clothes for her daughter. the lady kept saying none of these clothes would fit her and was very rude to her

Last week I was served by a lady called Ally. She was such a lovely assistant. Very friendly and happy, bringing me things I might like, and she had good style sense too. I only went in for a browse and ended up spending $200 lol

Absolutely filthy and ripping customers off! Went there today and came across many amount of clothing deliberately cut up with holes the size of plates and many had rips and tears, others had massive amount of makeup stains ( not on the collar but on the entire front and back as if someone used it as a makeup wipe ) this store should not be opened. Hygiene and state of clothing is pathetic.

Manager is very rude! Clothes are nice but you are hassled and she keeps forcing clothes at you even if you said no I don't like that. Other girls are lovely though

This company Is in liquidation they closed 30 off their stores and kept open only 1 store which is the red bank store, other employees were only given 1 days notice off work and haven’t received any off their entitlements, which was over 9 months ago.The company is very dodgy the clothes were terribly made from China, no store is allowed to be trading under ice designs #exposethem #acurrentaffair.I am writing as an ice Designs ex employee.the owner Gary is ungrateful and rude.The Asian working at red bank is racist and is very forceful towards customers and has been known for bullying woman about their figure, I’m shocked how this store is currently still opened since the owner Gary has gone into liquidation and is in debt by millions, please stay away from ice Designs.

I always shop here and the manager knows I’m a regular and makes sure I’m well looked after. The girls here are just lovely and helpful and fun.
