Sassi at Toowong

Sassi at Tooowong are experienced on trend hairdressers. They offer personalized service in a friendly atmosphere. I have been a customer of theirs for several years and found their colour and cut technique superb. Would highly recommend.

I LOVE Sassi. Every time I leave the salon I feel fabulous with my fresh hair style. The team are friendly and nothing is too much trouble, great service. I would recommend Sassi to everybody.

I was one of 6 people having my hair done at once by one person and because of that she started it an hour and 20 mins after the appointment time and rushed through the colour which resulted in a disaster. My ends have fallen off :( The hairdresser couldn't have cared less. She didn't seem interested in making my hair nice at all. This place runs off their regular clients who are all over 50 years old. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

A $20 buzz cut should be pretty standard i would have thought, had to go get it fixed the next day due to tufts of hair all over my hear, seems the next customer was worth more so better get the job done quick, terrible haircut.

Very experienced, friendly & consistent.I have changed my hair style & colour a couple of times in the last couple of years and the Sassi team are always very honest in what is achievable & brilliant in their execution. I always leave happy with a great look.

Always happy with my hair after I visit! Vicki and the team cut, colour and blow-dry really well. The prices are very reasonable for the time they take. Highly recommend this friendly team!

I went in to get my hair dyed, they basically said I’m to dark n I can go to a apprentice hair dresser in New Farm or The Valley instead so it’s free and they can test the colours on me until is lighter :/ (my hair is looking caramel-orangy at the moment, I wasn’t looking anything cheap just get my hair done). “I don’t want to be racist” some of the things she said.Instead of offering solutions they only mentioned problems even when I’ve asked her twice for her recommendation based in her experience. I understand light colours in dark hair are really difficult but it was a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The only nice person there was a young girl at the front. I wasn’t rude, I tried to stay calm and polite but I wanted to runaway from that place honestly was so uncomfortable. I felt very offended worst customer service I’ve ever had. It felt racist. Sorry but I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!

They fit me in at late notice and seemed very accommodating but left bleach in for over two hours. I asked for olaplex treatment and they didn't want to mix the treatment into the dye like it's supposed to be. My hair was already pretty damaged, now there's tufts missing everywhere. Do not recommend.
