Worst possible customer service.The girls don’t want to attend to customers. I was trying to get 4 cupcakes- they looked at me but didn’t want to ask how they can help. One of them finally came up (they were all busy chatting) I was politely asking for the ones I wanted. Made no eye contact no smiles no thank you. After we Paid while looking down with no eye contact or smile “have a good one”. Good luck selling cupcakes with that attitude. I won’t be returning.

A big shout out to the staff at The Cupcake Queens, Pacific Werribee for their thoughtfulness and care. My wife was low on her blood sugar. The staff was very sympathetic to our dilemma. They immediately offered us a free mini muffin to help her get back up on her feet. I insisted on paying but they didn't accept it. I offered a tip as well but they refused to take it. Very happy to know that this corporate chain is not about just money. They do care about people. Hats off!!!

Absolute rubbish place for service or a great lack thereof. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 of the 4 children" on duty ran around both inside and outside the booth taking video of themselves whilst customers (who eventually walked away disgusted) were left unserved.Only Aaira (hopefully the spelling is correct) was both hard-working and professional in doing what the other three should have been doing.This is what happens when a store of any type is left manned by teenagers who deem their social media more important than paying customers.Woeful experience."

Went to grab a coffee and two cupcakes after shopping today. Four staff on. Two people seated. Myself and 4 others walked away because none of the staff acknowledged our existence or took our order. I was there for ten minutes so I asked one of the girls where to stand to be served. Still waiting three minutes later after asking where to be! Worst experience! Won’t be back.

****** HAIR IN CUPCAKES ****** finally decided to try cupcake queens Werribee and there was a blonde hair in my red velvet cupcake ugh I almost vomited as I pulled it out my mouth so disgusting put me off never buying there again. Also if you read the other reviews it’s not the first time ppl have found hair in their cupcakes so they know about it & they’re not doing anything about it? SO UNSANITARY!!! I’ve got long thick hair that falls out everywhere & yet I’ve never pulled out a hair in my own food?? DISGUSTING!!! Never had this experience at another cupcake place avoid at all costs.

I had to make a point of posting this review as I found my experience of The Cupcake Queens Werribee (Pacific Plaza) a breathe of fresh air. It was so wonderful to walk up to their kiosk, be greeted by happy, helpful staff and then be seated in a beautiful, clean area. My whole experience was better then the standard, lacklustre performance from other stores in this centre and obviously the cupcakes were devine! Keep it up Cupcake Queens.. you really are superstars! I will be coming back again and again.

These cup cakes are so impressive as a treat to take to a friends place for morning tea. I love the presentation of the capcakes as well as the packaging of the box! I always get the rocky road for myself then a variety for friends and family. The cupcakes were delicious, fresh and a great size.
