Would rate no stars if possible.The customer service here is shocking. Went in yesterday afternoon at 5:10pm (20 minute till closing) to have a quick browse. The lady in there said We are closing now" and i said "Okay?" She continued to walk into the back staff room without even looking for me. This was not the first time i have been to this store and experienced poor customer service. The first time the lady serving didn't even make eye contact

I'm a regular customer in Parkmore. I noticed the store looks very nice and different now compared to before. The new management is great and so friendly. Keep up the great work!

I shop at valley girl quite often , ever since having the new mangement it’s gone down hill , the girls in the store are so rude , they don’t help you out they look at you up and down and continue on with their day. Absolutely useless , the boss needs to have a talk with these girls and explain to them how to be happy.. always walking around with miserable faceS, like they don’t wanna be there.. it’s disgusting. They need new girls with better personality’s and at least act like they wanna be there

Love Valley Girl but pretty annoyed when Fountain Gate and DfO outlet said they were both open on their website and extremely disappointed after travelling a fair way neither were open.
