This business refuses to honour their work, and when dealt with conflict that a customer based business should handle professionally they ignore the issue and hang up.“Attempted” repairs to my elderly mothers iphone, after asking for a consult on if it was repairable.Proceeded to attempt improper repairs on her phone without authorisation.Have offered no warranty on a phone that still does not work.After refusing to negotiate i have lodged a complaint with the ACCC, to which he still refused to discuss appropriate course of action and hung up on me.

As I was heading into town I dropped my phone off on a Sunday to be repaired. Once I was done I picked up my phone that looked brand new and worked a treat. Bought a screen protector to hopefully prevent this happening again. Quick, easy and professional job. Cheers

Drayton store was closed on Sunday but was offered an immediate mobile service to replace a battery and new screen so fast arrived in 15mins and job done in 30mins. So affordable! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wanted an outrageous $80 to fit my battery into my phone.

I was out of town when I broke my screen for my Motorola mobile phone. I rang Mobile Phone Repairs who initially said that they couldn't fix it. He immediately texted me back and said he could fix it. It did require a deposit which I thought was fair enough. I explained it was out of town and couldn't get to pay a deposit to order the part. he gave me the option to make a direct deposit to his account for the deposit for the part. Less than 2 days later I got a text back saying that the part was ready. Mobile phone repair guy fix my phone and it is working better, even bought a mobile phone screen protector for it. Which they fitted. I would recommend this place for a fantastic mobile phone service.
