David the salesman was great!The Boys (Tim & James) got good customer service skills. Arrived site on time & provided us enough notice before coming. Most of all loved their work & professional done.

Technician Harley arrived on time and proceeded right away to replace/install two outside lights. Friendly and helpful. Helped me with the selection and the settings of the outside lights. Cleaned up completely when finished with installation. Very pleased with the work. A good ambassador for the business.

Tim, James and Joe were an amazing team. They were professional, courteous and diligent in their installation of my reverse cycle installation during a really hot period in January. They kept things neat and tidy and provided fantastic service and took the time to walk me through the system so I understood the set up. They also were very respectful of my property and I would recommend this team highly to anyone.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with ACC Canberra. Right from the initial quote stage with David they were quick to respond, gave a quote in a timely manner, were very responsive with any changes we wanted. For the install Brad and the team were on time every morning, were flexible around us (I run Family Day Care and was able to keep operating through the whole install), and cleaned everything up after themselves. We are very happy with all our units (ducted upstairs and four split systems downstairs). The house has never been warmer! Thanks again.

Fantastic work by Bradley, Kai and team. They went through the install with me at the start inclunding location and options before starting work. Installation is clean and professional the area was all left clean at the end of the day too. I would happily go with them again.The team where prefiessional all day and even said yes to wearing masks while in my house. Once again thanks team!EDIT: Due to vibrations in the wall from the unit causing a hum I had to move the external unit onto the ground (at no extra cost). Alliance (specifically Sam - even while unwell) did not give up trying other methods before moving the unit onto the ground. The hum is now gone. It has taken a few weeks to sort the problem and they continue to work with me to ensure I am satisfied and as long as that continues thats not a problem. I am extreamly glad I went through this company and will again. Once again thanks to the team for keeping at it. 5 star rating remains.

The technician Liam , turned up on time for the once a year service , he explained everything in detail and took his time on making sure it was running at its best.I was impressed with the care taken while doing the service, very professional .Not many tradies have this respect at this leveland quality when entering some one home.Thanks Liam for a great experience.

We could not be happier with our experience with the team at Alliance!David, who quoted us was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was also very responsive to our calls and emails.Shannon was very friendly and helpful with processing the order and booking the job.Our technicians, James and Jacob did an incredible job with the installation. They called ahead of arrival and were always on time and worked both efficiently and neatly. They were both super friendly and completed the work to a very high standard.We’ve had a lot of tradesman come through our home in the past couple of years and the team at Alliance are definitely at the top of their game when it comes to providing top quality service.Highly recommend!

Alliance switched our ducted gas system to a zoned ducted reverse cycle system. David provided the initial quote and he was excellent. The quote wasn't the very cheapest that we received, but we thought it was the best combination of price and quality. Brad, Kai and Steve handled the installation, arriving on time and behaving impeccably throughout. I will update this review in future if problems emerge, but for the moment we are very happy.

Legendary team, Tim, Joe, James and Steeve. Turned up on time, finished ahead of time without compromising quality, cleaned up and even left colouring book for the kids. Full ducted reverse cycle system installed and works mint. Great price and inclusions too. Thanks to James G also for the Quote help! Don't waste your time going elsewhere!
