I paid $480.00 for a end of lease service. the cleaners were supposed to arrive at 9am but did not turn up until nearly 11am.the service was qouted as a 9am-9pm ($40 per hour) service that included;We clean all surfaces, detail doors & frames, clean light switches, vacuum and mop all floors, wardrobes shelves, light fittings, cobwebs, spot clean wall and ceiling, kitchen cleaning, oven cleaning, splashback, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen appliances, bathroom cleaning, shower/bath clean, clean toilets and sinks and much more - You name it we clean it for you. (pulled from website)The cleaner - 2 guys stayed for approximately 4-5 hours (max) which combined is still only 10 hours and I was charged for 12.The cleaning job was below average, so much so that we had to get them to come out again. Once again the cleaners showed up at nearly 7pm on Sunday when we were advised they would be there at 3pm. excuse was that it was raining that day so travel was longer time.Issues included, detail doors & frames, clean light switches, light fittings, pot clean wall and ceiling,oven cleaning and windows/blinds not cleaned. basically we had our floors mop, bathrooms cleaned (missed behind toilet) and kitchen clean (oven missed).When the real estate come through to do the inspection - he saw oven wasnt cleaned (we missed checking this due to checking every other issue). This will now be taken from our bond as Superheros refused to come back and clean oven. Instead they have offered us a $40 refund.Please do not use this company - I am sure there is much better out there.Waste of money and time for a poor result

Tradesmen beware - even if you do a first class job and have a very happy client, Super Heroes are very slow to pay for your work. It's over a month now and I'm still waiting to be paid.

Worst Service as usual, These guys hire someone if you book a service.Like a agent .They don't have their own service available.These super heroes guys won't take enough information from customer and took the payment,
