Small Dog Grooming

I would highly recommend Heather to groom your small dog. My furbaby suffers from anxiety but he loves going to see Heather who always does a wonderful job on his sometimes matted hair.

I would highly recommend Heather's dog grooming service. She is always courteous, charges fair prices and always does a great job with our two fluffy white dogs whose hair is often matted when I deliver them to her. It's usually only a couple of hours later when I come to collect them again and Voila! I have 2 very nice smelling and well groomed dogs who are calm and happy after their trip to their 'beauty parlour'. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

Was unhappy with this amateur effort. We brought our puppy in after letting the groomer know on the phone that this would be our little puppy’s first groom. While her website mentions being able to leave our dog there，one of the groomer’s first questions was “which one of you is going to hold her?” followed by “did you remember to bring treats?”. So my girlfriend and I stood there holding our dog for an hour or so getting shaved fur all over ourselves. It was also lucky that i just happened to have treats on me to give our puppy throughout the process，but we were never told to bring treats (then again we weren't expecting to have to help out and hold our puppy for the whole time either).Then，to cap it all off，we were charged for a clip and wash even though we only got a clip. When we questioned her about it she mentioned something about how long it took to groom our dog (even the time to clip was well， well within the “two hour window” that she typically allocates). Luckily she did refund us for the overcharging，but regardless wont be coming back and defintely not recommended.

I have been taking my dog to see Heather for a few years now and have always been very happy with the serviceshe provides. She will always work around my schedule and Maxi is always very excited to see her and her two fur friends. Heather is always very friendly and professional too. Would highly recommend.

I have been bringing my dogs to Small Dog Grooming for at least a year and have found her to be ian excellent groomer. I have a very timid dog and have found her to be very empathetic with my dog and she puts her at ease. I would highly recommend her as a professional and caring groomer.

Heather grooms her foster dogs and other dogs for Melbourne Animal Rescue Inc and does a great job. She's very patient which is especially important for the puppy farm rescues. Thank you Heather!

As we drive to Heather's house the excitement from my two dogs grows then upon arrival they can't wait to say hello. My dogs are rescue dogs that have had complex issues to overcome. I would only ever leave them in the hands of someone gentle and caring. They also look so smart after their groom. Great job Heather.

Heather has been grooming my slightly neurotic, very grumpy & difficult rescue dog for the past 5 years. She has always been so considerate and accommodating of his ungentlemanly behavior and has gone out of her way to make sure he is never stressed. My dog gets very stressed if caged and with Heather he is clipped immediately and she texts me when he is ready - he is never caged. He is always beautifully clipped , washed & smells lovely. I highly recommend Heathers business.

Very pleased with Small Dog Grooming. She does a great job with our little terrier who often is quite scruffy when he visits her and looks fabulous when I pick him up. She has never nicked him or given him a bad hair cut and is quite relaxed and happy when I collect him. She is very caring towards him. The prices are far more attractive than some other groomers and you get great value for money. I would highly recommend her services.
