Best nail salon I’ve been to in Sydney. The loveliest, most attentive staff, clean environment and hygienic practices. My shellac never chips and lasts me weeks. Absolutely excellent.

I'm sorry to say this place is not good.They accept walk ins but at the expense of quality service.I was there for over an hour and a half and in that time 4 different women swapped to my Mani/Pedi. I had periods of waiting in between while they served someone else.My nails are not even in length, shape or thickness despite several attempts to get them to care about the importance of this.Go elsewhere.

Manicure was fine. Eyebrows were rushed with waxing done haphazardly. However, when it came to pay the $15 for male eyebrow wax which is clearly displayed on the price list, mysteriously became$35. They claim that is from long ago, however the price list is what customers go by before agreeing to a service.I'm disjointed in being outright deceived.Go to Paddington nails instead.

This salon is so lovely. I just had my nails perfectly done by Richard & Elizabeth. Do yourself a favour try this place. They are talented and actually nice. What a gem ❤️

I got infills and it cost me $95? I have never been here before and I have never paid $95 for a full set let alone infills… The colours were nice but applied unevenly and this resulted in bumpy and half pigmented nails. I’m not impressed.

I went for a shellac pedicure which I had booked in advance. I waited an hour before they started my pedicure and when they did, it was very rushed. After an hour and a half I had to leave for another engagement which meant they didn’t have time to paint my nails. I left with a bleeding toe from having a cuticle ripped out and no colour on my toes for which they told me I had the pleasure of paying for a full price pedicure. This place is just looking to rush through as many people as possible with no attention for detail or care for customer service. I will never go back.
