Been coming here for nearly 15years....Always great service...Just been told that my cat has had a stroke...

The wonderful vets at this clinic have been taking great care of my fur babies for more than 30 years. Highly recommend

We've been going to this vet for years. Dr. Louise is a compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly vet. She cares for the well-being of the animals and families.

All my 3 fur babies had been under Dr Frank and Dr Louise care. I had all procedures, routine vaccination,and medications done for my babies has been very smooth. I have always felt that their service are affordable and never thought of going somewhere else, which made me highly recommend this vet clinic in the area.

Dr Frank and the receptionists are very kind, friendly and professional. Dr Frank explains the details of the desex procedure and post-operative care thoroughly and easy to understand. I would definitely come here again!

The most empathetic and knowledgeable vets that I have ever come across.Each visit leaves me feeling more respect towards them. I recommend them wholeheartedly for their professionalism, knowledge and caring attitude. Just bid my lovely pet Shubhi ( miniature Schnauzer-salt n pepper) goodbye, who fought like a warrior till the very end, both Frank and Louise were with her assisting her with her seizures till the very end.

Took my cat to have some teeth extracted and they were so great from the time l walked in to pick up . My cat looks a whole lot better and happier with no pain . Thank you guys .

First time seeking service at this clinic. I was warmly welcomed by the vet nurse. The clinic itself was hygienic, the waiting area nice and airy. The no booking setup worked well, though I attended on a weekday morning so it was not busy. My pet was swiftly seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Unfortunately, this is where my positive experience of the clinic ended.My cat was seen by a vet named Frank who was undoubtedly very knowledgeable. This however was offset by his poor bedside manner: impatient, insensitive, condescending, excessive use of medical jargon. Frank engaged in a full 5 minutes soliloquy only to convey that nothing could be done to help my pet.I’m a nurse so I’ve unfortunately met plenty of doctors like Frank. I hope that the clinic takes these reviews about Frank seriously. Finally, I hope Frank never meets a health professional like himself in his, or his pets’, time of need, because it’s quite unpleasant.I’m unlikely going to return.
