We have booked Travis on two separate occasions to carry out pre-purchase building inspections for us, and for both properties he has truly exceeded our expectations by being: - On time and organised. - Really thorough. Travis was excellent to deal with. Easy to communicate with, very thorough, detailed in his report with ample photos, and one of the few inspectors that actually got on the roof, in the roof cavity and under the house as well. Great service and advice, the inspection was arranged quickly and the report was detailed. The vendor had previously had a building and pest inspection on the property but East Coast found additional defects so I was able to renegotiate the purchase price.

We've got an inspection at 22 of Sept. 21 and we're really unfortunate of it.Inspectors arrived not in agreed time .Before enter to the property they didn't introduce themself at all, and being not able to verify their identity by trading licences nor even by business card or by the name of customer of the service .Total incognito, which looked strange and not comply with NSW Fair Trading Department 's rules and recommendations.One of them shown some drivers licence distantly after dicussion.We needed to perform urgent search to know at list name of one of them.No any signes of both of them were ready to obey our area's COVID-19 rules: no mask at all, no distance, contacts and so ones.Practically NO any communications, only short yes/no.25 minuts time of inspection were shared in between for 7min inspection of the house and rest of time to inspect colorbond garage, firewood shed, chicken pan and unused at list last 8 years garden tools'/dirt work shed.It was very neglected of them to leave bathroom vanity tap fully ON and shower's water outlet covered(=blocked) by wet paper sheet before leaving property without any warning. As well as to leaved garden shed door open ( no warning) as soon after their leaved we had , as per wheather forecast, strong wing gails which pulled out open shed door from shed doorway.Nothing positive about such work and service, considering apply to Regulator.
