Went in today to find some denim pants. I do usually like the pants from here since they are always on special and they have a variety of sizes. but today i walked into a crowded store where there was too many clothing racks and not enough room to move around. Took me a while to find what i needed since everything was everywhere.When i finally found what i was looking. i went to go pay and was greeted as per usual by the team member. But when i payed and went to put away my wallet.the team member just scanned and left my items on the counter without even folding them. so i literally grabbed a heap of clothing in a pile.,poor service and store is a mess.what a shame i use to like shopping here but i guess it time to take my money elsewhere

The boronia store in victoria is my favorite always friendly and helpful staff they usally work one up very efficient and hard working thank you rivers

Visited to buy some shoes for our daughter and the lady who served us was very patient and helpful. We need store like these to thrive

Who closes a store at 4:50? Especially when all the other Rivers close at 5:30 on a Saturday

Visted again, way understaffed.Ive spoken to the person who works there and they get the legal minimum amount of hours for thier store. They cannot keep up with stock so customers cant get the size they need in time, they have someone working alone 5 hours a day for a warehouse sized store. Stupid.

Very friendly service. They dont have a great variety of sizes in stock but they are happy to help you with your enquiry or any thing that you may be looking for. They will look up any thing that they do not have in your size to see if it is available in your size at any other store. The store could do with a very good clean as there is dirt, dust etc all over the floor and under the shelves pretty much every where. It could do with a very good spring clean, instead of the guys standing around they could clean a bit more.

Great location with easy parking. Good sale on at the moment. Very happy with purchases. Donna the new Store Manager is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and a real asset to the store.

Good shop but understaffed. Felt sorry for the worker being on their own and trying to run a big shop like that. Support the workers and get more staff on board.

The store looked closed but sign said closed at 4:30pm.Entered at 4:09pm with two other customers in store. I was approached by staff member at 4:10pm informing me the store was closing in 5 minutes. I mentioned the sign said 4:30. The sales person abruptly told me he doesn’t get paid overtime and if I have a problem it to contact head office. I told the staff member I didn’t have a problem. I chose not to purchase anything due to being uncomfortable.
