F.Vitale & Sons Plaster Products

Service was very unpleasant and rude. Didn't even end up receiving the correct items that I ordered even after I was assured repeatedly they would make them correctly as I had my doubts. Had no choice but to fit them anyway because of time and plasterer. I really wish I had gone somewhere else. Waste of money and felt disappointed.

Called up to see if they stocked fyrchek. Lady answering the phone so a yes, gave me sizes etc. Drove all the way there to have the rudest bloke not even acknowledge me when I arrived at the counter. Once he finally got off the phone he asked what I needed without even bloody looking at me. It was then I found out they don't even stock fyr check. All round shocking experience.

Having been messed around everywhere else trying to find decorative plaster elements for my home, I stumbled upon this place by accident one saturday morning.within 20 minutes Frank had sorted me out, provided solutions nobody else could, and did it all for a great price.Thanks to Frank for his no fuss approach and making everything easy for me.

Do not use them. Absolutely hopeless. After taking a sample of the cornice I needed in they assured me the had the exact replica, I paid up front and then on delivery the cornice was different and they will not accept any accountability, exceptionally rude and will never use or recommend them.

Referred to Vitales by another plaster supplier to get old style cornice. Read negative reviews below and wasn't keen on going there, but other supplier rang them and confirmed that they had profile similar or identical to mine in stock, so I went.Counter staff lady took me out back to compare my sample with their stock, which was a close enough match that will fit with a little more cornice cement than usual and then trim cement.She was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.Couldn't be happier with Vitale's staff, service and product.Saved me about $500 compared with other supplier having to make fresh mould for about 15 metres of cornice.

Wouldn't bother if you actually need to discuss plastering options. Receptionist ignored us for 15 minutes then after reluctantly asking if we needed assistance was rude and then got distracted and went back to ignoring us when someone else walked in. Much better off spending your time at Picton Hopkins.

Telephone receptionist was very helpful but when we went to pick up order, we asked for it to be cut to size as we were told this would be possible for transport. The person did not seem keen, did not measure properly, cut it very roughly with a wood saw and now it has to be patched together as it was cut too short. Very disappointing customer service from that perspective.

Absolute rude and arrogant customer service. Prices are more expensive here than other places with the same product. I’ll be sticking with Gyprock Preston. Customer service there is outstanding.

Purchased a wide range of plaster products recently for a property undergoing major renovations (hallway arches, ceiling roses & cornices just to name a few).A very special thank you to Frank, an expert in his field, for his time, assistance and invaluable advice, and also to his very helpful team who delivered the beautiful pieces within the time frame required. This rundown house has now been transformed into a beautiful and warm family home. Simply stunning!We greatly thank the friendly and ever so helpful staff at F. Vitale & Sons for their wonderful work ... highly recommended to all.

These guys are awesome! They are a very well run family business who have been around for over 40+ years. They must be doing something right.! I'm reading some of the negative reviews and I really cannot believe how silly some people are. Do yourself a favour a visit them yourself, im sure you will be very impressed with the customer service and their reliability.
