I would not buy anything else from this company due to the very poor service. Unfortunately my QSEE NVR broke while in warranty and when I posted it back for repair I was told the issue was covered and would be fixed in 7-10days. It is now over 3 months and I cant get any return of dozens of phone calls, SMS & emails. I have reported this to the ACCC & NSW Fair Trading in the hope I will get my unit back or even a phone call.

Perisale, Had time for me every step of the way from a solution of a CCTV and internal network, Good workmanship from Installation and Support. Sales and Support team have a have great knowledge in there professional product. Great team to deal with.

Our company has used Perisale since early 2015 where we installed a new security camera system to replace our old, very old system. Perisale were great at recommending a new state of the art system which integrated with our existing analog wiring and at a great price point. We initially added a new DVR and 3 HD Cameras. We were so pleased with the system we later added 6 more HD Cameras. We did have a few teething problems at first but Perisale were straight on it and resolved them with minimal fuss. Their sales and technical team are a joy to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We bought a complete setup for surveillance of a factory complex. Everything came pre-configured, we just had to run the cables and it was plug and play, the after sales service we received was invaluable, the team at Perisale is great, we have done and will definitely do business with Perisale again.

My 8 year old told me she asked Santa fir a spy pen only a few days before Christmas and so I searched online and found a really good quality one for a super reasonable price at Perisale. Despite being busy with the Christmas rush they posted it and it arrived in two days! Santa delivered and Perisale have called it once but twice to follow up with product support! Now that is great customer service. Thanx guys

After our old Camera system packed it in we decided to upgrade and go with a new system. Rang Perisale and talked for a good while on different options, got a quote and ordered the products. Very helpful and easy to get along with. Any install questions we had they were only too happy to talk us through. Highly recommended for there service! Will be back to them in the near future for the next project.

Perisale have provided me numerous DVR's over the past 3 years as I replaced older security equipment. All of the DVR's are still working and have never faulted and access to the DVR remotely using the Q-See QT-View app allows viewing of footage so much simpler.The staff at Persiale are very helpful and have always provided the best service, their knowledge of security equipment is great and I highly recommend them.

Perisale Australia is a well known for their Q-See product and of resolving any issue or technical problems no matter what the cost is. Staff, Manager and Tech-men services are well to communicate with when it come services and warranty of Q-See products

Over the years we have continued to expand our retail stores, and as such have had a need for further surveillance recording technology. We have trusted Perisale systems from the initial system we had installed. The customer service is always very good and knowledgeable. All our stores have the Perisale CCTV surveillance systems and we can log in and check anytime as well as anywhere. We can login via phone or computer from anywhere in the world. You can buy surveillance systems anywhere, some better, some worse, but the after sales for these types of machines is what is important - at least to our growing business. We will continue to use Perisale surveillance systems as we progress as we are happy with the quality, price and customer service before and after purchase. We highly recommend those that want a basic system to those that want state of the art equipment. There is a system to suit everyone!

The implementation team were brilliant. What was considered a difficult installation, they completed without complaint.However a few months later the picture was blurred and you cannot view remotely. They did come and have a look and couldn't resolve the issue. After sale service is bad.Update - received a sales call trying to get me to buy a new camera system. complained again the current one doesnt work. The GM called me and said he would come to my house to have a look. He never showed up or called me back. Appalling service!
