The 3 stars is for the nice stock but the service is 0 stars !!!!!I don't think I'm alone when saying this but I think people have grown sick to death of the self service" section !!! Where do I start ......first the last thing I want to do after a long day at work is work some more and NOT get paid for it !!! Why are you guys getting paid

I brought a pair of shorts and when I told the lady at the front that I was coming back in without a receipt since i left my phone in Kmart and told that my receipt fell out of my hand when I was looking for it she said that was fine then when I was leaving she said she’s never seen me before so the lady who served me told her I paid for it but she didn’t believe her so we had to get the manager to tell her really poor service staff

Sizes not on correct hangers, poor selection of sizes in intimates and sports bras, clothes not hung with care - you try and get one things and it's so tangled with everything else they all fall down to the floor. Workers with attitude my bag knocked a bra off and before I realised I was meet with a passive aggressive ahhh" and talking under her breath. Only 2 change rooms which were a mess"

Drove an hr to pick up items on hold, store was closed no notice 30 mins early. Despite us confirming that it would be open after work. Properly pathetic.

They don't even follow their own policy regarding refunds. We had adequate proof of purchase as per their own refund policy as a flybys statement. But we're told as it was a licensed item they cannot give a refund. There is no mention of licensed items in their list of non returnable.

All good with the store, clean and friendly staff. The only thing i noticed on the day i was there, was not much staff on the floor and I had to walk around to find and get someone's help which at the end we found out they don't have that item in stock.

Why make a big show of putting your checkout in the middle of the store if you don’t trust your customers? Scanning and checking receipts at the door is repugnant. As is the customer service generally in this store and the rest of the chain.
