Dropped in unannounced chasing a quote on a small job. Colin looked at the car, explained what needed to be done and how long they would need the vehicle. The price was good, compared to others and the vehicle was ready early - it was very clean inside and out and they even blacked the tires. The panel looked great, I couldn't see the repair.Big thumbs up to these guys.

Grand Prix Panel & Paint were the preferred smash repairer with my insurance company. From the moment I first spoke to them, the process of them repairing my car, to the moment I picked my car up - I have only positive things to say about the experience, and the customer service and quality of workmanship from this company. They were so helpful and did such a great job on the repairs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was given this business as a preferred supplier for an insurance job. When we hadn’t heard from them, I rang to follow up & that call was one of the worst I’ve experienced. The male was extremely rude, completely uninterested & blamed the insurance company for not doing their job. I have never been so aghast on a business call in my life. Insurance company has been advised & hopefully they’re no longer a preferred supplier. Rudeness is never necessary.

Fantastic customer service by Paul, Jason and team. Gave us a free car hire even though our insurance company does not provide this. Helped my wife install the baby car seat. Made everything very easy, convenient and stress free. They are normal people that go above and beyond to help you with any of your specific requests and concerns. Highly recommended. Thank you very much. We will definitely recommend our family and friends, and will be coming back if we ever have our car damaged!

Fantastic service. I have had my car repaired here a few times already and the service and quality of work is amazing. They have cars available for all repairs at no additional costs. The team helped me put my two baby car seats in. They even cleaned my car whilst it was there for a repair. I live on the westside of Brisbane now but always willing to drive one hour during traffic to get my cars repaired here. Thanks for always being so helpful and for a fantastic service that you offer. Highly recommended and I will be back when needed.

I cannot praise this company enough! We had a white Toyota hilux and it needed the whole front done with headlights as well as Mazda 3. I preferred taking our cars here from Caloundra for the best service I have ever experienced. They were so understanding and fairly priced. We get compliments all the time on our hilux now as it looks brand new, the front anyway haha. I will forever use this company in the future. Thank you so much!Ella
