I Started training with Daniel 7 months ago. Prior to this I had no consistency or plan when I went to the gym. In this short period of time he has changed my life inside and outside of the gym.I now train 4 days per week and follow his meal plan, this has resulted in me losing 10kg’s in 7 months, feeling more confident in myself, more positive and focused on how I approach things in life. I never did deadlifts as I seen a lot of videos online saying they are a bad exercise to do, after telling Daniel this he taught me how to lift correctly and now I have done a PB of 100kg’s.I would recommend training with Daniel with out hesitation. He is more than a PT as he cares about your life outside of the gym, I can’t thank him enough for what I have accomplished since training with him and and look forward to see what more I can achieve.

Daniel has far exceeded my expectations of a personal trainer! He’s been realistic about goals and food and checks in several times a week with motivational notes and reminders. He’s helped navigate reducing my lower back pain and adjusted programs to suit any pain or injuries I have. I was nervous to get a personal trainer at first, I’d had experiences in the past where it felt as though the trainer was more about themselves than their client. Daniel has completely changed my view on PT and I’d recommend him to anyone that is considering a trainer to help achieve goals. He’s pushed me to physical limits when I don’t think I have anything left in me, but there’s always “just one more” and after striving for just one more I feel great! I’m 2/3 way through my program and I can already see toner muscle in my body, can’t wait for the end of the 12 weeks to compare how I felt before and after.

Started training with Daniel 2 years ago with a goal to increase my strength and build muscle. I started at 67kg and am now 85kg and continually getting stronger. Previously I had struggled with consistency, and Daniel’s training app has provided me with structure to my workouts, and holds me accountable to improve on every session. Daniel is very knowledgeable and experienced, and if you are looking for sustained results I would highly recommend training with him.

I would highly recommend Daniel as a personal trainer. As someone who had ‘gym phobia’ and clueless of what to do and where to start, Daniel has provided so much guidance and expertise in an extremely friendly manner. He has allowed me to feel more comfortable at the gym and more comfortable towards exercising and fitness in general.He is extremely motivating, knowledgeable and professional, and allows you to set realistic goals for your overall fitness, health and well-being. The time he invests into his clients is incredible; with him checking in with clients regularly. It is evident from the relationship he has with all his clients how well respected and appreciated he is. Could not recommend him enough.

Furthermore, He is extremely reliable and punctual – always set up & ready to start ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
