They couldn't fix it and so did not charge. I presume my equipment is faulty and will return it to place of purchase. Will certainly have them back. Honesty plus.

We needed an elderly friend’s phone fixed after he had a fall and arrived home from hospital. He’d locked himself out of his new iPhone. We had help within a couple of hours of calling and, because my friend was so tired, Jawwed left him with a working phone and continued at home. I was so grateful for the service. It was fixed and then set up again from scratch. He was polite and sensitive to my friends condition and tiredness. I highly recommend this service to anyone.
