Often I am not very impressed with the level of customer service at Spotlight but two days running I was fortunate to have a fabulous experience. Special mention to Bailey, highly recommend asking for him !! Thankyou

Good stock but staff lack basic customer service skills. I asked where to find body pillows obviously in the pillow section" okay could you point me in the direction of the pillow section please? "That way" while vaguely waving her hand then walks away"

Cricut classVery disappointed in the class that was held about the Cricut products. Not having any idea on what these products do I wanted to start off small with a joy. Was asked what I was thinking of buying and the demonstrator spoke about everything but what I wanted. Demonstrator wasn’t helpful at all I was ready to leave empty handed, then a staff member (Jess) came to my rescue. What a gem, she spoke me through everything and I purchased a joy, iron on press and all the bits and pieces I needed to get started. I’ve been in the store since then and Jess remembers me and has asked how I’m going with it all. What amazing customer service.

Good selection of all house related items. Always well priced and well laid out. My wifes favourite place to do her dressmaking shopping. It is worth the visit. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Good layout and organisation, they had a lot to offer in way of ranges.Minimal staff though and was hard to find someone to assist with enquiries.

Tuggerah Spotlight has a great variety of anything you could need. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and if they aren't sure about an item or product you need more information on, they get someone who does. I shop here all the time!

Always great when they have 40% off yarn. Nothing could dampen a good mood with that special.Seriously though, staff are always ready to help and as polite as anyone who works in retail. :D

As usual, the shop went without a hitch. As long as you know what you want and where it is, shopping is not a problem. Can have difficulty finding someone to help you if you can't find what you want, but always fun to just aimlessly browse or purposefully grab what you need and go.

After a very poor customer service I received twice on the telephone on Sunday, Claudia restored my faith in the store. She was professional , personable and reliable in assisting me purchase a cricut heat press machine. Grateful for the service on the telephone, in-store and for providing customer focused assistance.
