First time buying from this website. Took more than a week to dispatch from purchase date, was not provided a tracking number until the day before receiving. The only thing good thing about this seller was Amy from customer service. She tired all she could to fix a bad warehouse and sales process. Thank you Amy for your assistance you did a great job.I recommend STM products but don’t buy from their website, get the products from retailer such as JBHIFI etc, save your self the hassle of a bad experience and long wait times. I will not shop directly with them again.

I had a problem with one of STM re sellers who would not replace a wrong sized iPad cover. I rang STM direct and they arranged to get a new one out to me the next day no questions. It's great to know there are still companies who stand behind there product with honest old fashion service and honesty. THANK YOU - GREAT PRODUCT AND SERVICE

I bought 2 rugged folio cases for our new iPads. They were looked after but still had some issues. I contacted STM when I found they had a 3 year warranty and submitted a claim. Within no time at all the claim was approved and two new ones were sent out to us. It’s fantastic to see companies that will stand by their products. Thank you STM.

I bought a STM backpack from the Co-Op bookshop near UTS in 2004. I used this backpack every single day.14 years later, one of the zippers broke. I called STM and asked if they could repair it. They just asked me to come to their office/warehouse in Alexandria and let me choose a brand new replacement backpack, along with cable organising accessories, all free of charge. I didn't even have a receipt for the original purchase (as it was 14 years old), and it was a no questions asked, hassle free experience.The new backpack has been going strong for the last 4 years.Simply amazing quality products, and amazing service. Easily the best product experience I've ever had.
