Debited money from my account without authority, when I called them they didn't care. Tried to email proof and didn't want email - made me go to store to fix.

Called Telstra support directly and after a long phone call, they told me they dont know what to do and couldn't help an account related issue. Called T-connected and went to the shop (adhering to current covid restrictions) and the staff member easily sorted out the issue in an incredibly simple and professional manner.
