Whenever I'm mattress hunting I always find that the atmosphere at OMF is much better than at the competition. There's no pressure, there's no begging for attention, it's just the right balance. Michelle is such a helpful and friendly sales person who makes you feel comfortable and gives you the information you need but knows when to leave you alone to have your thinking time. I'm very grateful for her assistance and lovely nature. And I'm also very grateful that OMF concentrate on quality at a great price. Great store.

I went in with my cousins to find a liftup bed for Mum, who is hospital, and we spoke with Kobi and gave us wonderful advice, and her service to us was amazing.Kobi went above and beyond and as there was a sale on was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone to go to this wonderful store.They had it ready for us within 24hrs due to my mums medical condition.Thankyou Kobi for your service

We just bought a King size bedroom suite from Amelia at Warrawong and we could not be happier. From her initial introduction she could not have been friendlier or more helpful and knowledgeable. I love sales staff like Amelia who offer assistance but are not pushy or overbearing.I would highly recommend both the staff and their products - good quality, Australian timbers that look great!

We had the best, most easiest experience at OMF today.We were immediately greeted & welcomed by Amelia. We had our 3 children in tow and she was so amazing at including them and making our time so easy while we tried out the perfect mattress. Amelia was so knowledgeable about absolutely everything! I even asked how long she had worked there and was blown away by her answer of 2 years; I was expecting at least 10. She is not your average sales woman; she knows her stuff & was so helpful when we were unsure on some choices. I can not recommend OMF Warrawong enough. We are so excited for our delivery & absolutely love that our purchase was all Australian made.Thank you, thank you Amelia and the team at OMF!
